The location is excellent, right in the heart of downtown, making it easy to explore. The two queen beds were exceptionally comfy, and the fluffy pillows added to a restful night after a day of sightseeing. However, street noise was overwhelming. earplugs are essential if you hope to sleep soundly. The maintenance issues were disappointing as they were not addressed promptly by staff.

would love to return
The king room was spacious with a comfy king-sized bed and a dedicated sitting area. It had a private bathroom with a hairdryer and a flat-screen TV. The fitness center was accessible and well-equipped for a good workout. The hotel is conveniently located close to good restaurants and the Railroad Depot.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of downtown, making it easy to walk around. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed that made for a good night's sleep. However, there were no refrigerators or microwaves in the room, which was a bit inconvenient for a longer stay. Overall, a solid choice for those needing a place to stay in the area.

Great for a short stay, but expect noise
We stayed for two nights in a King Room and found it comfortable but very noisy due to the downtown location. Staff were adequate but not overly warm. Enjoyed nearby ORSO for dinner since the hotel restaurant only served breakfast. Perfect for a quick visit, but bring earplugs!

I appreciated the cozy lobby area with its inviting ambiance, highlighted by the warm fireplace and comfortable seating. The staff also made sure that I felt accommodated and were more than willing to help with any inquiries.
Better accessibility features for seniors would be beneficial.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
The staff were helpful when we needed extra towel service, but the outdated decor made things feel less inviting. Dining options nearby were excellent, with local favorites serving gluten-free meals! Pro tip, explore the cafe down the block for a better breakfast experience.

The location is fantastic, being walking distance to great restaurants and activities. However, the hotel feels quite dated, with worn carpets and noise issues from neighboring rooms. Thankfully, the staff were very friendly and the bed was comfortable. Overall, it met basic needs for a stopover.

The King Room was cozy, and having a private balcony to sip coffee was a nice touch. I loved lounging by the pool and exploring the well-kept gardens after a long day. Although the room felt a bit dated and could use a refresh, I still had a great time! 😊
